Our Story
We are not a fund or a franchise. We are two Oregon families who believe mobile home parks are worth protecting — for the people who own them and the people who live in them.

Tylor Stone
Tylor is the hands-on operator of our team. For the past four years he has managed the day-to-day operations of a 25-home manufactured housing community in Oregon — leasing homes, coordinating maintenance, handling collections, improving the property, and keeping the community in step with Oregon's housing rules.
Few people know Oregon landlord-tenant law from the ground level the way Tylor does. He has personally handled more than 100 eviction cases as a plaintiff and assisted with roughly 80 more as a consultant and forms provider — nearly 200 matters in all. Through the property management and landlord services business he has run for the past three years, he helps Oregon landlords with lease preparation, eviction support, collections, and everyday management.
Tylor also owned and operated a licensed Oregon contracting company specializing in multi-trade residential remodeling, with an emphasis on interior and exterior finishes. That construction background means when he walks a park, he sees what a home truly needs — and what it will honestly cost to fix.
Tylor and his wife are raising their three kids in Oregon, and the community he manages is proof of what he believes: a park run with care stays full, safe, and proud.

Brett Flory
Brett is the deal-side of our team. He is a real estate investor and the founder of Broaden Real Estate Investments, an Oregon-based investment company. His work spans residential investment properties, development projects, and — most importantly for park sellers — creative deal structures that fit real people's lives, not just bank checklists.
Brett holds degrees in entrepreneurship and marketing, and he is a veteran of the Air and Army National Guard. The military taught him the habits sellers feel in every deal with us: show up on time, communicate clearly, do exactly what you said you would do.
Before real estate, Brett spent over a decade as a physician assistant, caring for people in emergency rooms and urgent care on some of their hardest days. That experience shapes how we treat sellers and residents alike — with patience, straight answers, and genuine respect.
Brett and his wife are raising their three kids (with one more on the way) in Central Oregon. For him, every park we buy is a promise to two families at once: the one selling it, and the ones living in it.

Why We Do This
Manufactured housing is some of the last truly attainable housing in America. We will always be honest: rents sometimes need to catch up when a park changes hands. But our goal never changes — keep the community a place working families can genuinely afford to call home, and give the seller a deal built around their life. That is the whole idea behind Legacy Parks.
